Looking to change things up a bit while in Nha Trang, Jen and I decided to visit Thap Ba Hot Spring Centre. They have these mineral mud baths that you can use and we figured that would make for a fun afternoon…and I think from the looks on our face we succeeded:

They dont mess around when they say mud-bath do they? How was it? Did you feel refreshed by the experience? I think I would be okay with a mud bath assuming the water/mud was luke warm? No goggles either? You guys are brave
The mud bath was pretty fantastic. The mud was tepid but comfortable. If it were hotter, it would have been awesome as we could have coated then baked in the sun but no sun in Nha Trang so we just soaked. It was refreshing after we hopped into the mineral bath but we were still finding mud in places where no mud should be. And goggles WOULD have been a great idea – I had a great amount of regret when I realized that I couldn’t see and the only thing I could taste was dirt. But it was a great way to spend the afternoon!
