Do people wear helmets in Ho Chi Minh? In Japan its a freak show of dangerous biking all the time. Its amazing to see Mothers here on bikes with a kid on the back and front, a basket full of groceries, wearing high heels, and riding in the rain with an umbrella. No jokes. Asian mothers are a multi-tasking force to be reckoned with.
