Everyone!  Rob is engaged!

JUST KIDDING.  How many of you ladies just had a heart attack?

Anyways….. two years ago I found myself on the Eastern coast of Australia in a little tiny town known as 1770/Agnes Water, population 4.  While visiting 1770 I met a girl there named Danielle and it turned out that she too was from Calgary (what a small world) and we managed to keep in touch over the last 2 years via Facebook.  Two weeks ago, I see her status update, it said something like “Danielle is loving Turkiye!”  Turns out that she too was in Istanbul, getting married to a Turkish man she met while in Oz.  She invited JS0 to her wedding for some good food and some good times.

Congratulations Danielle and Okan!  I wish you all the best as your begin your new life together.  XOX
