At the risk of coming off like an Apple fanboy, I just have to post this image of a Windows 7 ad I snapped today on one of the tech blogs I read:
F.P.O. is a graphic design term which stands for “For Placement Only.” So who’s building with Windows 7? Apparently no one, yet.

Fun Fact: We’re actually a mixed shop here… the crew (Jed, Bryan, and Kevin) and Rob are all on Macs, while Brian, Matt, and I have PCs. Brian and I have been running Windows 7 for a while, and Matt will be joining us once he finishes backing up his data.
I’ve really got nothing but good things to say about Windows 7. My Dell XPS laptop on the other hand is a huge disappointment. Since I bought it in December it’s required 9 tech support calls, 3 in person service visits, and is currently broken again. Right now it’s refusing to charge the battery because my plug thinks it isn’t Dell branded power adapter anymore, and apparently I’m not allowed to use third party electricity to power my machine. The next time I purchase a laptop it’ll likely be a Mac… but I still plan to install Windows 7 on it.
