General update:  Jed successfully arrived, and we met him after one of the more longer and unpleasant flight stories I have ever heard about.  An interesting reunion as Matt, Bryan, and Kevin have never actually met Jed in person, even though he has been watching our lives day in and day out for the last 4 months.  We had a great, and fairly early night, wandering around Shibuya and catching up.  Tokyo is still crazy, the team is gathering, and we are only waiting for one more.  This is shaping up to be quite the January.
