I have not played Warcraft
I have not played Warcraft III a lot and to be honest not a big fan of rts. But what type of mod is Day of Judgement? Is it like DOTA or is it more towards rts? Also any old school games being played there, like Diablo or maybe even Heroes of Might and Magic?

Looks like a cool place!
Looks like a cool place! What sort of games were people playing besides Warcraft III? (lots of folks playing World of Warcraft or any other MMORPGs?). Did you see anyone playing counterstrike, or any first person shooters?

Also, how expensive was it to play at the cafe? Would it be reasonably possible on an average wage to play there occasionally?

Please let us know on the site if you guys ever head back there, maybe we can play a game online sometime =)

Matt,
It's nice to see you
Matt,

It's nice to see you are getting some "work" done over there (kidding!). Sounds like fun, James would love it.

Hey Travel Fiend!
There was
Hey Travel Fiend!

There was quite an eclectic selection of games being played at the cafe. Contrary to my expectations, there wasn't much World of Warcraft, though there was some hybrid between an MMORPG and Dance Dance Revolution...couldn't puzzle that one out myself. Most of the games looked familiar but slightly off, as if they were knockoffs or counterfeits. There was something that closely resembled Counterstrike, something that resembled Diablo II, and another MMORPG that looked like Lineage.
The cost for using the computers was a whopping 4,000 dong/hour (about 25 cents), so yes an average wage could support a gaming habit (but probably not an addiction =).
I'll post if we plan to play again, though the connection speed outside the LAN might be awful.

Hey James,
From what I
Hey James,

From what I understand, Day of Judgement is a bit like DOTA, though I myself have never played DOTA. It is hero-based.
Haven't seen Heroes here - that would give me quite a laugh. Strategy games and MMO's seem to be popular. There's something that looks like Diablo but isn't, but other than that, nothing too old-school.
